We will predominantly use neuromuscular therapy, sports massage and deep tissue massage; however, we will draw from other modalities as well to individualize your session. This therapy is ideal for injury work, decreasing chronic pain, increasing circulation, and improving overall health of the muscles

Hot Stone Therapy:

Description:
	This is a massage therapy session in which we use heated basalt stones to sooth and relax your muscles. These stones originate from black volcanic rock, and are used because of their ability to retain heat. Stones are also known for their ability to ground your energy, when life stresses make you feel scattered. After this treatment you will feel relaxed, balanced, and have a renewed sense of clarity.

Craniosacral Therapy:

Description:
	We use this modality to detect and correct imbalances in the craniosacral system, which consists of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. It extends from the bones of the skull, face and mouth, down to the sacrum, or tailbone area. Often times the craniosacral system can contribute to sensory, motor or neurological dysfunction. This technique has been successfully used to treat headaches, neck pain, back pain, TMD, chronic fatigue, motor coordination difficulties, eye conditions and central nervous system disorders. It can be effectively incorporated into a massage therapy session or as a specific treatment, with the end goal of assisting the self-correcting craniosacral mechanism to achieve a path to natural health.

Description:
	This cosmic science is based on the movements of the Sun, Moon, planets, and stars. During this reading you will discover what makes you unique and what you are here to do. Your chart contains information about relationships, money, work, health, family, and communication, which will help you in everyday life!

First Time Overview (30 minutes) for $75. This is only for people who have never had an astrology reading and is very basic. Susan will tell you what your talents and challenges are and explain your chart to you, but there will be no predictions.
12 Month Forecast (1 Hour) for $175. this is only for people who have already had a reading with Susan. This is basically an update and overview of the next 12 months to come. Find out what's in store for you in the next twelve months. Be prepared for what's ahead, know what's going to happen in the next 12 months. This will tell you when you can expect windows of opportunity and when to expect challenges so that you will be able to take advantage of current and future events. This is an update, not the interpretation of the birth chart. This is done every six months to one year.
Natal Reading with Yearly Forecast (1 1/2 Hours) for $250. This is an in-depth reading of your personal natal chart, the blueprint for your life; it also includes a forecast of current events for a twelve month period. During the reading, we discuss your talents, daily life, spiritual evolvement, your challenges and how best to meet them, your current issues, and a forecast of the months ahead with important dates. The reading includes an overview of your Solar Return, (birthday chart), which gives the theme for the current year.

For all appointments we will need your birth date, time and place. The 12 Month Overview and Natal Chart must be booked by April 23rd, nad the First Time Overviews must be booked by May 7th.
